Privacy
Very little. There are no accounts, no comments and no forms besides the newsletter. Advertising measurement runs only if you say yes.
Anagram Players is run by Albert Gromek, who also runs Gromtech Effects. For anything on this page, email gromtecheffects@gmail.com.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which serves the pages and keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) as a processor on the site owner's behalf.
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device. It does not identify you or follow you across sites, so it runs without asking.
The Meta pixel is a script from Meta Platforms Ireland. It is not loaded at all until you press “Accept” in the consent bar at the bottom of the page. If you press “Decline”, or ignore the bar, no request is ever made to Meta and the site works exactly the same.
If you accept, the pixel records these events, with no names, emails or other personal details:
The purpose is to show ads for Gromtech Effects plugins to people who visited this site, and to people like them. For these events Meta Platforms Ireland and the site owner are joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR, as set out in Meta's Controller Addendum (opens in new tab). How Meta handles the data is in the Meta Privacy Policy (opens in new tab), and you can control the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad settings (opens in new tab). Audiences built from these events keep a visitor for up to 180 days.
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to reopen the consent bar and choose again. Declining after accepting tells the pixel to stop sending (Meta's consent revoke) from that moment. Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage and a first-party gb-consent cookie) for six months, then the bar asks again. Clearing your site data also resets it.
The newsletter is sent with Kit (ConvertKit), which processes your email address and your answer to “What do you play?” on the site owner's behalf. Sign-up is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm from the email Kit sends you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and your address is kept until you unsubscribe, which removes you from the list. The list is not sold or shared, and it is not uploaded to Meta.
There are no user accounts, logins, comments or reviews. Links to the Marketplace, Anagram Answers and the Facebook group take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing gromtecheffects@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority. See also the About page for who runs the site.
